Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Time Frame: Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Final Sale Items: All sale, discounted, or marked final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at Julie@jboutiquetahoe.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange.
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
