Return & Exchange Policy

At JBoutique, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange to help you find the perfect piece — however, we do not offer refunds at this time. We’ve designed our policy to be as simple and stress-free as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Time Frame: Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale, discounted, or marked final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at Julie@jboutiquetahoe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
